Nowadays the fitness as hobby becomes more and more popular, people start to care about their health and prefer choosing healthy life. Drink less alcohol, quit smoking, maintain and share healthy life style with your close ones. While searching for suitable ways of doing sports people may find lots of variations, that may be jogging, football games, bodybuilding or even yoga. Everyone can find their own pleasant way of staying fit. Today we asked Jeff Sherman, onmilwaukee.com digital magazine Co-owner about his fitness choice and results.

I’ll admit that some sessions at my favorite gym remind me of my over-the-top 8th Grade basketball coach. The couch was a tyrant and worked us to death. You know what, though? We won the championship that year! Anyway, going to gym with couch rocks. Doing exercises together is great, keeps you motivated and always gets you to go further with your fitness.

It’s never easy to find a ton of time for fitness. But, if it’s scheduled and in the Blackberry there’s no getting away from it. Thanks to the great people, who brought inspiration to me, they’ve become a regular “meeting” on my schedule and a big part of my overall health goals. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Over the past two years, I’ve decided to take my fitness to the next level. I’ve started using supplements, for now I prefer protein shakes and testosterone boosters, which helped me to gain muscle mass and lose fat weight. I’ve scheduled sessions, set goals and stayed focused. The fine trainers and people around me have been there every step of the way. They work you, they motive you and, most of all, they help you. And, really, don’t we all need a little help with our fitness?

I knew I was looking for someone knowledgeable who could continue to motivate me and help me reach my goals. But finding a place that allowed me to train in a private suite wasn’t even on my radar. . .I had no idea what to expect.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the atmosphere and energy every time I come in. My time to work out in a day is limited, so it’s more than a little convenient to know that when I show up, it’s all about me. The equipment I need to use. . .the attention of my trainer. . .for that session it’s all mine.
